Instructions:                               

Sprinkle seasoning over beef and cook on heated, oiled grill plate until brown on both side and cooked as desired. Toast bread both sides. Divide bread among serving plates; top with mesclun, beef & mango salsa.

Mango Salsa:

Add ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

 Cajun Steaks with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:                                

1½tsp Cajun seasoning

4 beef steaks

4 slices of crusty bread

100g mesclun

 

Mango Salsa:

1 mango coarsely chopped

2 potatoes chopped coarsely

1 red onion chopped fine

1 crushed garlic clove

2tblsp shredded basil

1tblsp balsamic vinegar
